We only offer refunds to original payment method. We do not issue store credit or exchanges. If you need a different size, you will need to return your original package and repurchase the desired size.
We must receive your return request within 14 days of order fulfillment to be eligible for a refund. To request a return label, please use the return portal at the top of our website!
All returns MUST be returned to the return address listed on the generated return label. 5275 University Pkwy, Unit 132, Bradenton, FL 34201.
Returns must be scent free, unworn, unwashed and in re-sellable condition with all tags attached. Please include your packing slip (invoice) with the return.
We do not accept returns on any type of Gift Cards
We do not accept returns on Discounted items (if applicable)
If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 5 days of the delivery date.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
Lost items are not refundable with the exception of Scout & Molly's being at fault (I.e. accidentally sending the package to the wrong address; however, we use the information our customers supply in their orders)
